TPServer-cpp 0.2.0 released.

Tpserver-cpp continues to progress. As mentioned in the previous news, tpserver-cpp now has a MySQL backend that allows all game data to be stored. Also added to this release is tps and https sockets, and improvements to the console. A few bug fixes too.
TPServer-cpp 0.2.0 is on the downloads page and is on our SF downloads page too. The CVS module is tpserver-cpp and the tag is TPSERVER_CPP_0_2_0. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
