Thousand Parsec: Mail Archives

A couple more proposals:

- Add GetPlayerIdsList and PlayerIdsList, to make player like objects, 
resources, designs, components, properties, categories, etc, etc.

- Research frames, see http://www.thousandparsec.net/wiki/Research_Frames

A bit more work needs to go into the research frames proposal about how 
players find out what they have learnt, and what other players have learnt. 
(See the page about terminology, in the Concept section).
