Limit == maximum. I think this the total resource, while the second was per item. I'd have to do more necromancy to check however :-/ So the example is: You can build 100 points of ships (shipyard capacity) Plus each ship has a cost in iron and fairy dust. However, I think as presented in that email it got mangled at some point. The idea was to cover enough to do both stars (resources, + 3 minerals) and rfts (RP + pop (for TRN) + hard limits (5 for PlanEnv)) build limits. nash
