Nearly all code is documented.

Fixed.

Also I added support for unsigned and signed bytes, ints and longs.

Now that the code generator is basically working I have a question about the
protocol version. Currently I´m using the in developing version TP04 for
generating code.
Which Tp version have the servers currently?
